Wow, the brekkie was a total winner! Had the full Scottish spread – haggis included! Keith's banter made me feel right at home, also scored a lovely big shower with loads of options. Room was cozy and cleaned daily – lekker vibes!

Only downside was the road noise at night, but nothing too crazy.

Room sizes felt cramped!!! The heating system needs urgent attention, as cold temperatures made my stay unpleasant!!! An upgrade to shared bathroom cleanliness would enhance comfort, especially during peak times!!!

The Ashgrove provided an excellent experience during my stay. The full Scottish breakfast was well-prepared and a highlight of the morning. The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and the tea and coffee facilities were much appreciated. the location offers a convenient 10-minute walk downhill to the shops and seafront, making it easy to explore the area.

The room faced a main road, which introduced slight noise during my stay.
